After having Lyme disease back in 2008 I have some problems with balance. While working in my yard I lost my balance and fell and couldn’t get up. I contacted your office with a push of the console button. Your agent answered immediately and stayed on the line to assure me that help was on the way, and that she would stay in contact with me until they came. It was most reassuring. Help was on its way indeed and arrived within five or ten minutes. Two nice policewomen helped me stand up and I was able to walk into my house in a couple of minutes.
